Thursday, July 12th, 2018 Whitman Boulevard is closed at Harford Road. The East Side Sewer Relief Project has reached 503 Whitman Boulevard. There is no traffic pass through east of the Harford intersection.
The street restoration on the 100 and 200 block of Whitman Boulevard has been completed. Restoration continues in the 300 and 400 blocks of Whitman Boulevard.
