The monthly test of the outdoor tornado warning sirens will be today at 11:00 am. 
Monthly testing for KCMO emergency sirens will be conducted today, July 11th.
The July testing of the City’s emergency sirens will be today, Wednesday, July 11, at 11:00 am due to the test being rescheduled from last week, Independence Day holiday.
The regularly scheduled monthly testing gets back on track Aug. 1.
The outdoor warning sirens are tested to make sure they are ready during emergencies. The City owns more than 130 sirens operated and maintained by the Office of Emergency Management.
