06/25/18 WTPD arrested Cashmere Holmes, age 25, of Washington, NJ for a $1000.00 outstanding warrant out of Washington Borough. On 06/25/18 at approximately 1:05 PM, patrol observed Mr. Holmes, who was known to have an outstanding warrant, in the 100 block of Belvidere Ave in Washington Borough. The officer made contact with Mr. Holmes, confirmed the active warrant, and took him into custody without incident. He was processed and released with a new court date.

06/25/18 WTPD arrested Cieara Landes, age 26, of Washington, NJ for outstanding warrants totaling $2000.00 out of Washington Borough. She was processed and released with a new court date.

06/27/18 WTPD arrested Kareem Flermius, age 18, of Washington, NJ for obstruction of the administration of justice, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and for a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. On 06/27/18 at approximately 11:45 AM, patrol was dispatched to a dispute in the 100 block of W. Washington Ave in Washington Borough. Upon the officer’s arrival, Mr. Flermius became disorderly, obstructed the officer’s investigation and resisted arrest. He was taken into custody and subsequently charged with the obstruction of the administration of justice, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. Mr. Flermius was processed and released with a mandatory court date.

06/27/18 WTPD arrested Shannon Shubick, age 32, of Washington, NJ for a $500.00 outstanding warrant out of Washington Borough. She was processed and released with a new court date.

06/27/18 WTPD arrested Jesse Potter, age 23, of Washington, NJ and John Hermes, age 35, of Port Murray, NJ. On 06/27/18 at approximately 8:08 PM, patrol was conducting a routine patrol of the Washington Borough Park in Washington Borough. At that time, the officer located Mr. Potter and Mr. Hermes. They were both arrested without incident. Mr. Hermes was charged with disorderly conduct and issued a local ordinance for an open container of an alcoholic beverage. Mr. Potter was charged with disorderly conduct and a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. The officer also discovered that Mr. Potter had a $250.00 outstanding warrant for his arrest out of Washington Borough. Both men were processed and released with mandatory court date(s).

06/28/18 WTPD arrested Shirley Hornbaker, age 50, of Belvidere, NJ for a $300.00 outstanding warrant out of Washington Borough. On 06/28/18 at approximately 12:32 PM, patrol observed Mrs. Hornbaker, who was known to have an outstanding warrant, in the 30 block of Jackson Ave in Washington Borough. The officer made contact with Ms. Hornbaker, confirmed the active warrant, and took her into custody without incident. She was processed and released with a new court date.

06/29/18 WTPD arrested Christopher Boase, age 34, of Plainfield, NJ for outstanding warrants totaling $800.00 out of Washington Borough. He was processed and released with a new court date.

06/30/18 WTPD arrested William Jetter, age 35, of Washington NJ for hindering apprehension and a 17 year old, of Milford, NJ for an NCIC warrant out of the Warren County Prosecutor’s Office. On 06/30/18 at approximately 3:09 PM, patrol responded to the Hickory Hill Motel, 276 Rte 31 N. in Washington Township, to check for a wanted juvenile. Upon patrols’ arrival and subsequent investigation, the juvenile was found to be an NCIC wanted person out of the Warren County Prosecutor’s Office. Mr. Jetter was charged with hindering apprehension, processed and lodged in the WC Jail. The juvenile was processed and turned over to the Warren County Sheriff’s Department.

07/01/18 WTPD arrested Raymond Gardner III, age 26, of Oxford, NJ for disorderly conduct and criminal mischief. On 07/01/18 at approximately 8:27 PM, patrol was dispatched to a disturbance in the 1st block of Valley View Estates in Oxford Township. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation, Raymond Gardner III was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and criminal mischief. He was processed and released with a mandatory court date.

07/02/18 WTPD arrested Thomas Levern III, age 31, of Washington, NJ for a $90.00 outstanding warrant out of Bergenfield Township. He was processed and released with a new court date.

07/02/18 WTPD arrested Ashley Mizzer, age 28, of Alpha, NJ for possession of (CDS) heroin, possession of a hypodermic needle and being an NCIC wanted person out of the Somerset County Prosecutor’s Office. On 07/02/18 at approximately 11:42 PM, patrol conducted a motor vehicle stop in the first block of Railroad Ave in Washington Borough. The officer’s subsequent investigation revealed that Ms. Mizzer was an NCIC wanted person out of the Somerset County Prosecutor’s Office and was in possession of (CDS) heroin. Ms. Mizzer was taken into custody without incident, processed and charged with possession of (CDS) heroin, possession with intent to distribute (CDS) heroin and possession of a hypodermic needle. She was also issued motor vehicle summonses for failure to drive in marked lanes, failure to signal a turn, possession of (CDS) heroin in a motor vehicle and driving while suspended. Ms. Mizzer was lodged in the WC Jail.

07/03/18 WTPD arrested Jacquelyn Hall, age 34, of Oxford, NJ for possession of (CDS) prescription legend drugs, possession of prescription legend drug without a valid prescription, and possession of drug paraphernalia. On 07/03/18 at approximately 12:48 AM, patrol conducted a motor vehicle stop on Kinnaman Ave in Washington Township for failure to maintain lanes. The officer’s investigation resulted in Ms. Hall’s arrest. She was taken into custody and charged with possession of (CDS) heroin, possession of prescription legend drugs without a prescription and possession of drug paraphernalia. Ms. Hall was processed, issued motor vehicle summonses for failure to maintain lanes, failure to stop and yield a front view obstruction. Ms. Hall was lodged in the WC Jail.

07/03/18 WTPD arrested Corey Townsley, age 26, of Washington, NJ for simple assault and harassment. He was processed and released with a mandatory court date.

07/04/18 WTPD arrested Edward Rich, age 54, of Glen Gardner, NJ for driving while intoxicated (DWI). On 07/04/18 at approximately 1:39 AM, patrol conducted a motor vehicle stop in the 200 block of Rte. 31 S. in Washington Township. The officer’s investigation resulted in the driver’s, Mr. Rich’s, arrest for (DWI). Mr. Rich was charged with failure to produce a registration card, failure to produce an insurance card, failure to wear a seatbelt, careless driving, an open container of an alcoholic beverage in a motor vehicle, refusal to submit to a breath test and (DWI). He was processed and released with a mandatory court date.

07/05/18 WTPD arrested Mary McCrystal, age 29, of Flemington, NJ for a $750.00 outstanding warrant out of Oxford Township. She was processed and released with a new court date.

07/05/18 WTPD arrested Aldhuhunt Gains, age 33, of Washington, NJ for being an NCIC wanted person out of the Essex County Sheriff’s Office. On 07/05/18 at approximately 9:41 PM, patrol was dispatched to the parking lot of 459 Rte 31 S. in Washington Township for the report of fireworks. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation it was revealed that Mr. Gains had an active NCIC warrant for his arrest. He was taken into custody without incident, processed and lodged in the WC Jail.

07/07/18 WTPD arrested Michael Kopie, age 35, of Washington, NJ for driving while intoxicated (DWI). On 07/07/18 at approximately 1:20 AM, patrol conducted a motor vehicle stop in the 100 block of E. Washington Ave in Washington Borough. The officer’s investigation resulted in the driver’s, Mr. Kopie’s arrest for (DWI). His BAC was .14%. Mr. Kopie was charged with careless driving, failure to drive in marked lanes and (DWI). He was processed and released with a mandatory court date.

07/07/18 WTPD arrested Kenneth Hoover Sr., age 49, of Asbury, NJ, John Jones, age 42, of Bath, PA, Kenneth Hoover Jr., age 27, of Easton, PA and Brandon Gara, age 36, of Easton, PA. On 07/07/18 at approximately 8:50 PM, patrol was dispatched to a physical dispute at the Mobil Gas Station, 472 Rte. 31 S. in Washington Township. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation, Mr. Hoover Sr. was charged with simple assault, disorderly conduct and a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. Mr. Hoover Jr. was charged with disorderly conduct and a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. Both men were processed and released with a mandatory court date. Mr. Jones had outstanding warrants totaling $1138.00 out of Brooklawn Borough. Mr. Jones was processed and released with a new court date. Mr. Gara had a $150.00 outstanding warrant out of Piscataway Township. Mr. Gara was processed and released after posting bail.
