Clayton County Sheriff Victor Hill Authorizes Rape Defense Classes For Women 
While Clayton County Police & The Sheriff’s Office join forces to hunt a suspected serial rapist, the Sheriff has authorized his training deputies to teach defense against rape and aggression to women in Clayton County.
