The Monroe Township Police Department is investigating the report of a missing person Robert Fisher. The missing person is described as a 81 year old white male approximately 5'9" 210 pounds with brown eyes and gray hair wearing a red, white and blue polo with stars and cars on it while suffering from diabetes. He was last seen on July 7, 2018 at approximately 10pm at Etra Park in East Windsor, NJ. He is believed to be driving a 1997 blue Mercury Cougar bearing New Jersey Registration UW72BZ.
