On June 11, 2018, a 17 year old victim was shot and killed in the 300 block of Mitchell Avenue in Turlock. The investigation has developed sufficient probable cause that Jeffrey Chandler was responsible for the shooting. Chandler fled the scene prior to police arrival.

Jeffrey Chandler is an 18 year old white male and may be in the company of his family members.

A felony warrant has been issued for Jeffrey Chandler’s arrest for involuntary manslaughter. Anyone with information regarding his location can remain anonymous by contacting Crime Stoppers at (209) 521-4636 or the Turlock Police Department non-emergency number (209) 668-1200.
