Suspect(s):
Friday Morning July 6, 2018 at 10:59am a white male in his late teens or early twenties entered the Umpqua Bank located at 201 Western Ave. in Petaluma and handed a bank teller a note. The note demanded large bills and that this was not a joke. There was no weapon displayed at any time during the incident. The suspect was handed an undisclosed amount of cash and he left on foot and was last seen southbound on Keller St.
The suspect was described as young with a baby face, blonde hair, and thin build, clean shaven wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt and a black baseball hat with a white square on the hat and a black backpack. Officers were on scene almost immediately upon getting the call from the bank however were unable to locate the suspect.

UPDATE:
The Petaluma Police Department just received information the suspect who committed a robbery at the Umpqua Bank in Petaluma on July 6 appears to have committed a similar robbery at an Umpqua Bank in Ukiah on June 4, 2018. A photo from that incident is also attached. Anyone knowing who this person is please contact Sergeant Paul Gilman at 707-778-4415 or 707-778-4326.
