Two Vehicle Injury Crash
Sheriff Richard Behnke reports his office investigated a two vehicle crash at M-40 Hwy/Dutch Settlement Rd, Newberg Twp, Cass County, MI on 6-29-2018 at 1125 Hrs.
Emergency personnel responded to the crash involving a feed/grain delivery truck and a car. The truck was north bound on M-40 operated by Stanley Myers, 69 yrs of Constantine, MI when the crash occurred.
The car was operated by Cheryl Dimmick, 61 yrs of Portage, MI. Dimmick and her three passengers, Kelly Walters - 43 yrs, Amy Boerman - 41 yrs and Susan Boerman - 68 yrs were traveling westbound on Dutch Settlement when the crash occurred.
The occupants of Dimmicks vehicle were transported to Bronson Hospital in Kalamazoo for treatment. Myers was treated and released at the scene.
Seatbelts were used and the crash remains under investigation at this time.
