In anticipation of 4th of July, please find a guidance memo and flyer concerning the sale and use of consumer fireworks, which were provided by County Fire Marshall Gallagher. Even more challenging to NJ law enforcement is that Pennsylvania has expanded what fireworks can be used in PA without a permit. The new fireworks allowed in PA are very much still illegal in New Jersey.
