HCSO Homicide Charge Man With Capital Murder. 
The Harris County Sheriff’s Office Homicide unit investigators have arrested and charged Justin Eugene Parker 28, with capital murder.
On Thursday, May 31, 2018 at approximately 5pm, Harris County Deputies were dispatched to a possible shooting call at 7302 Alabonson Road at the Inwood Groves Apartments.
Upon arrival units found an adult male shot inside the complex.
EMS responded and pronounced the victim dead on the scene.
It is believed that the victim was lured to the scene to purchase auto parts and was killed in the course of being robbed.
Mr. Parker attempted to evade law enforcement yesterday June 25, 2018 after information was received on his whereabouts.
He attempted to flee in the 4800 block of Jarmese, but failed and was arrested by personnel from the Harris County Sheriff's Office and the Houston Police Department.
Mr. Parker has a lengthy criminal record and at the time of his arrest, he was on bond for three counts of aggravated robbery w/deadly weapon and one count of Aggravated Assault against a Public Servant.
