Donald Ray Couch (84 years old) was last seen yesterday at approximately 1130 A.M. He left a note at his residence in Nice indicating he was going to a local thrift store but never returned. No clothing description was given for Donald. Donald possibly suffers from dementia but does not take any medication. If located please contact the Lake County Sheriff’s Office at 707-263-2690.
