Disturbance call leads to the arrest of Mackey woman on Trespass charge. 
On June 23, 2018, at 5:48 p.m. Gibson County Central Dispatch received a report of a disturbance in the 9600 block of East Main Street in Mackey, Indiana. Upon arriving Sgt. Bruce Vanoven began an investigation into the disturbance and spoke with all parties involved. During his investigation Sgt. Vanoven discovered that 55 year old Robin Ball of Mackey had entered the property of another residence in the area after being warned by law enforcement on a previous occasion that if she did she would be arrested. At the conclusion of his investigation Sgt. Vanoven placed Ms. Ball into custody and transported her to the Gibson County Jail. Upon arriving at the Jail Ms. Ball was charged with Trespassing and remains in custody on a $650 bond.
Assisting Sgt. Vanoven in his investigation was Deputy Jennifer Robb, and Officers Grant Fulkerson and Don Carlisle of the Oakland City Police Department.
All Criminal defendants are to be presumed innocent until, and unless proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
