Traffic stop leads to the arrest of Bicknell woman. 
On June 21, 2018 at 12:18 a.m. Sgt. John Fischer conducted a traffic stop on a Gray 2011 Mitsubishi Outlander on US 41 near County Road 350 South. Upon approaching the vehicle Sgt. Fischer identified the driver as 25 year old Brittany Dangelo of Bicknell. Upon running Ms. Dangelo through the Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicles Sgt Fischer discovered that Ms. Dangelo’s drivers license status was listed as Suspended on a Prior Conviction. At that point Sgt. Fischer placed Ms. Dangelo into custody and transported her to the Gibson County Jail.
Upon arriving at the Gibson County Jail Ms. Dangelo was charged with Driving While Suspended/Prior and Operating a Motor Vehicle without Financial Responsibility. She has since posted a $650 bond.
All Criminal defendants are to be presumed innocent until, and unless proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
