TI Freeway (103 Freeway) closed both directions from Ocean Blvd to Anaheim Blvd due to fluid leak. Clean up will take appx 2-3 hours 
Due to a fluid leak, the Terminal Island Freeway (103 Freeway) will be closed in both directions from Ocean Bvd to Anaheim Blvd. There will also be limited access to the Long Beach Port. Clean-up could take up to 3 hours to complete. Please use alternate routes.
