Handy Street will have a partial closure in place between French Street and Joyce Kilmer Avenue between 7:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. Thursday, June 21 to accommodate utility work.
Handy Street will remain accessible from Jersey Avenue and French Street. Please follow posted detours and officer directions if traveling in the area.
