1) NO UNSUPERVISED CONTACT WITH MINORS;
2) COMPLY WITH STANDARD SEX OFFENDER RULES; COOPERATE WITH ELECTRONIC MONITORING.
3) COMPLY WITH ALL REQUIREMENTS AND LIFETIME REGISTRANT OF WI SEX OFFENDER REGISTRY.
The above subject will be on supervision until 02/04/2030
