Due to the heavy rainfall, hazardous road conditions exist countywide.

Route 23 between Marengo and Harvard should be avoided. Route 14 from Woodstock to the Stateline should be traveled slowly and using extreme caution for large amounts of water over the road.

All the roadway authorities have been notified of the water hazards on their roads.

Please use extreme caution while traveling.
