On June 14^th around 6:50pm, officers were walking through the apartment complexes on Grande Circle doing foot patrols and interacting with the residents.   While the officers were in the parking lot of 1910 Grande Circle they contacted three individuals inside of a parked vehicle that appeared to be illegally utilizing narcotics.  The officers conducted a search of the vehicle the individuals were in, looking for additional illegal items.  During the search of the vehicle a loaded .40 caliber Glock semi-automatic handgun with an high capacity 22 round magazine was located inside of the vehicle.   Isaiah Taylor, an 18 year old Fairfield resident was arrested and booked in Solano County Jail for several felony charges.
