Bicycle Rodeo & Public Safety Day Tomorrow 
The South River Police Department invites all South River residents to the annual South River Police Department Bicycle Rodeo & Public Safety Day! This year's event will be held at Denny Stadium located on David Street tomorrow, June 16th, 2018 beginning at 9:00am.

Back for another year is Dialed Action Sports Team performing a BMX stunt show.
Come learn about bicycle safety and the various public safety services available to our community. Ask questions, see the emergency vehicles, emergency equipment displays and meet the public safety officials.
The South River Fire Department, South River Rescue Squad and Middlesex County Special Operations Response Team (S.O.R.T.) will be displaying their specialized equipment. You may also have the chance to see them in action during special demonstrations.
The Middlesex County Sheriff’s Department will be on hand conducting their Fingerprint & File program and a visit by the New Jersey State Police North Star helicopter is scheduled. Planet Bike from East Brunswick will be in attendance performing free bicycle inspections.
* Demonstrations may include the use of simulated effects such as loud noises and smoke. Announcements will be made prior to these demonstrations
