DETAILS:  Ptl. Pollini was monitoring the area of the MarketFair from her patrol vehicle following the conclusion of the Cinco de Mayo celebration at the On The Border restaurant. Other officers were on foot for traffic and crowd control. Ptl. Pollini and the other officers observed a black 2007 VW exiting the parking lot at a high rate of speed while squealing its tires. Officers were able to get the driver, Gladerby Bredy, to stop his vehicle before he drove onto Route 1. Ptl. Pollini investigated and determined that Bredy was DWI. Bredy was processed at WWPD Headquarters and released pending a future date at West Windsor Municipal Court.

DETAILS:  Ptl. Brown responded to US Route 1 for the report of a tan 2002 Toyota that was swerving in the road and striking the center barrier. The caller who was following the Toyota also said that the vehicle blew a tire after hitting the barrier, but it was continuing ahead despite this. Ptl. Brown found the vehicle disabled in the left lane of Route 1, north of Harrison St. During the investigation, Nicholas Acker, was determined to be DWI and found to be in possession of under 50 grams of marijuana. Acker was released pending a future date at West Windsor Municipal Court.

DETAILS:  Ptl. Zicha initiated a motor vehicle stop on a white 2006 Toyota sedan for a dark tinted rear license plate cover, expired registration, and for failing to give proper signal for a lane change. During the stop, Satu Divine, was found to be in possession of a Ruger 9mm semi-automatic handgun that was loaded with 17 rounds of ammunition, and over 350 grams of marijuana. It was also determined that the handgun was stolen out of Philadelphia. Divine was processed at WWPD Headquarters and then transported to the Mercer County Corrections Center where he was committed on the above charges.

Rodriguez-Oliver was processed at WWPD Headquarters and released pending a future date at West Windsor Municipal Court.

Lynn was processed at WWPD Headquarters and released pending a future date at West Windsor Municipal Court.

During the stop, Brandon Gundy was found to be in possession of a plastic bag containing under 50 grams of marijuana, and a small digital scale with marijuana flakes on it. Gundy was processed at WWPD Headquarters and released pending a future date at West Windsor Municipal Court.

Accused: Robert W. Ippolito, White male, 35 years old

DETAILS:  Patrol units responded to Old Trenton Rd. and Village Rd. for a motor vehicle crash involving a blue 2014 Toyota sedan that rear-ended another vehicle. The driver of the blue Toyota, Robert Ippolito, was found unconscious and unresponsive behind the wheel. Officers along with West Windsor Emergency Services responded to the scene. Investigation revealed that Ipolito had struck some trees with his vehicle on Old Trenton Rd. near Newport Dr., and had also sideswiped a vehicle on Old Trenton Rd. near Colt Circle. He left the scene of both crashes prior to getting into the rear end collision. Inside Ippolito’s vehicle were two bundles of heroin, used bags of heroin, and straws containing heroin residue. Ippolito was determined to be DWI, and he was transported to the hospital. He was released from custody at the hospital pending a future date at Mercer County Superior Court.
