...DENSE FOG POSSIBLE ACROSS NORTHEAST CENTRAL ALABAMA... ...DENSE FOG ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 9 AM CDT THIS MORNING... The National Weather Service in Birmingham has issued a Dense Fog Advisory, which is in effect until 9 AM CDT this morning.
* VISIBILITY...Will be generally a quarter of a mile or less at times.
* IMPACTS...Areas of dense fog will reduce visibility causing hazardous driving conditions.
* AFFECTED AREAS: BLOUNT ... CALHOUN ... CHEROKEE ... CLEBURNE ... ETOWAH ... ST. CLAIR
Instructions:
A Dense Fog Advisory means visibilities will frequently be reduced to a quarter mile or less. If driving, slow down, use your low beam headlights, and leave plenty of distance ahead of you.
