Today the Law Enforcement Torch Run to support Special Olympics will be on Lagrange Rd. (Rt. 45) with several communities participating, including the Frankfort Police Department (from Lincoln-Way Lane to Laraway).  Expect slowed traffic on S/B LaGrange Rd from 10:45 to 11:30 a.m.
 
Frankfort Police is again reminding residents to lock vehicle doors and remove valuables when possible.  This is the best way to avoid being a victim of a car burglary or theft.  Please NEVER leave your keys or key fobs in your car.  Vehicle break-ins are still being reported in the Lincoln-Way Area “Lock it or Lose it”.  Also, remember if you "See or Hear Something, Say Something".  Call us if you hear or see any suspicious vehicles, noises, or persons in your neighborhood.
