Yesterday was a busy day for Clayton County Police, Jonesboro PD and the Clayton County Sheriff’s Office when they teamed up to execute “Operation Birds Of Prey”.  A total of 29 offenders were captured with 4 noteworthy arrests.

While looking for wanted suspects, Sheriff Victor Hill’s elite Cobra Unit stopped to help what appeared to be stranded motorists with a broken down vehicle.  As Deputies got out of their patrol cars, Bobbie Suzanne Willis and Kevin Clifton took of running. They were both ran down and arrested.  The car that broke down on them was one that they just stole.

Sheriff Victor Hill’s elite Fugitive Squad  apprehended Briana Cordija Davis at a location in Atlanta who was wanted out of Clayton County for a True Bill Bench Warrant on the charges of Felony Murder, Armed Robbery, Aggravated Assault, Participation in Street Gang Activity and Prostitution.  These charges stem from an incident which occurred on September 16th, 2014, during which the accused shot and killed a person during a robbery.  Ms. Davis is a known participant in the criminal street gang known as the “Luxianos,” a subset of the criminal street gang aka the “9 Trey Bloods.”

 Sheriff Victor Hill’s elite Fugitive Squad  was also contacted by multiple agencies out of Fulton County in order to assist them in the apprehension of Cederick Lamar Hill who was wanted for Probation Violation—Weapon Offense, Possession of Firearm by Convicted Felon, and Robbery by Sudden Snatching, Robbery, Aggravated Assault with Intent, Possession of Firearm by Convicted Felon, Possession of Firearm or Knife During Commission of a Felony, Aggravated Assault, Aggravated Battery, Assault on Unborn Child, Possession of a Firearm, Possession of Firearm During Commission of Felony, and Possessiion of Firearm by Convicted Felon.  The Fugitive Sqaud apprehended Hill at a location in Morrow without incident to ship him back to Fulton County.
