Open House to learn about the upcoming Grand Ave Rehabilitation Prioject 
The City of Covina, in partnership with LA County, is excited to announce that the Grand Avenue Rehabilitation—Arrow Highway to San Bernardino Road Project will begin in early July. This project will repair more than a mile of Grand Avenue and replace the existing median landscaping with new drought tolerant plants and hardscape improvements. Construction is anticipated to last four months.
