Defective Brake Light Leads to 4th Offense OWI Arrest 
On 06-12-18 at 2:59 a.m., an officer from the Janesville Police Department stopped a vehicle at Center Ave. and State St. for a defective brake light. The driver was identified as Jeremiah J. Jensen, who showed signs of intoxication. Jeremiah showed signs of impairment during field sobriety testing and was arrested for 4th offense OWI, after it was found he had 3 prior convictions. Jeremiah was held at the Rock County Jail pending his initial court appearance.
