Last night Jonesboro PD responded to a shots fired call on Sunny Brook Drive that was domestic related.  Christopher Holden who got in a dispute with relatives after becoming intoxicated pulled a handgun and shot into the living room television.   Holden fired more shots through the wall causing family members to flee the house for their lives.

Jonesboro Police made several attempts talk Holden out by phone and loudspeaker, but he refused to respond.  At that point the Sheriff activated the SWAT team and they assumed tactical command of the incident.  

After Holden refused to respond to the Sheriff’s Office negotiator,  the SWAT robot (“C3PO”) was deployed to go in and find him.  Before “C3PO” could get in the front door, Holden decided to come out and surrender instead of getting the chance to socialize with the robot.  Holden is now facing the wall at Georgia’s toughest para-military jail now better known as the “Hill-ton”.
