5/25 – 11:32 p.m. – Millstadt Police, Millstadt Fire & EMS were dispatched to a two-vehicle traffic crash, at Washington Street & Jefferson Street. One of the vehicles was on its side. Both drivers refused medical treatment. One of the vehicles was towed from the scene. Deborah A. Loecher, 67 of Belleville, was cited for Disobeying a Stop Sign & Failure to Reduce Speed to Avoid an Accident.
