Crawford investigated a burglary to a vehicle parked at the Mercer County Park, Dog Park parking lot where the following was determined: While the victim and her friend were at the Dog Park, unknown actors smashed the front passenger side window of the rental car the victim was driving and stole her wallet from inside.

DETAILS: Ptl. Robles responded to the area of the West Windsor-Plainsboro High School South for a male who was reported to be under the influence of a narcotic. Ptl. Robles located Armando Castaneda walking east on Princeton-Hightstown Rd. During the investigation, Castaneda was found to be in possession of a hypodermic needle and wax folds containing heroin residue. He also had a warrant for his arrest from East Windsor for $750. Castaneda was processed at WWPD Headquarters. He was then transported to East Windsor Police Headquarters for the active arrest warrant.
