The National Weather Service in Sterling Virginia has extended the

* Flood Warning for... Southeastern Washington County in north central Maryland... East central Berkeley County in the Panhandle of West Virginia...

* Until 930 AM EDT Saturday.

* At 301 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported ongoing flooding in the Sharpsburg and Boonsboro areas.

* Some other locations that may experience flooding include... Williamsport, Saint James, Keedysville, Fairplay, Rohrersville, Gapland, Brownsville, Antietam, Winebrenners Cross and Pleasantville.

* AFFECTED AREAS: BERKELEY

Instructions:

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the dangers of flooding.
