NBPD Seeking Witness and Suspect in Assault Investigation (Surveillance Video Included)
On Sunday, May 13, 2018, a man was stabbed in the area of Newport Boulevard and 28th Street. NBPD is hoping to identify the witness and suspect in this surveillance footage of the incident.
