Murder Suspect Who Made #2 On Sheriff Victor Hill’s Top Ten Most Wanted Now Captured 
Tory Orlando Clark made #2 on Sheriff Victor Hill’s Top Ten Most Wanted last year May 29, 2017 for shooting and killing Kevin Bernard White at an apartment complex located on Flint River Rd.
Clark was arrested last night in Hinesville Ga. when Hinesville PD was dispatched to a domestic violence call where a woman accursed Clark of assaulting her. Hinesville Police quickly discovered that Clark was wanted for murder and took him into custody without incident.
Clark is now waiting for Sheriff’s Deputies to arrive to take him to the “Hill-ton” where he still has reservations to face the wall at Georgia’s toughest para-military jail.
