Indecent Exposure Arrest in Kohls parking lot 
On 5/26/2018, at 7:38 PM, a concerned citizen observed a half naked man standing in the Kohls parking lot with his genitals exposed. Based on this offensive behavior, the citizen called 911 and SVPD Officers responded.
Officers located 58 year old Ronald Stevens standing next to his vehicle, half naked with his hand on his exposed genitals. After further investigation, Stevens was arrested for 314 PC (Indecent Exposure) and booked in county Jail .
