5/07 – 3:45 p.m.- Police investigated a traffic crash, in which a driver struck a parked vehicle, in the 100 block of West Laurel Street. The at-fault driver, Bethany J. Dahm age 36 of Millstadt, was charged with Failure to Reduce Speed to Avoid an Accident, Improper Lane Usage, and Illegal Use of Electronic Communication Device.
