* Portions of central West Virginia, northeast West Virginia, and northern West Virginia, including the following areas, in central West Virginia, Braxton and Taylor. In northeast West Virginia, Northwest Pocahontas, Northwest Randolph, Northwest Webster, Southeast Pocahontas, Southeast Randolph, and Southeast Webster. In northern West Virginia, Barbour, Harrison, Lewis, and Upshur.
* Through late tonight
* Periods of rain will continue across the area today and tonight. Some of this rain could be heavy at times. This rain coupled with the wet soils across the area could cause flooding of small streams and creeks, low spots and poor drainage areas.
* Possible impacts are flooded roads and mudslides.
