Summary:

Cruising the Boulevard, Inc. is having their annual Car Show and Cruise on Saturday, May 19, 2018 in Downtown Petaluma. They are requesting street closures for the purpose of the Car Show and Cruise. The event is scheduled to start at 8:00 AM and end approximately 8:00 PM (12 hours). Road closures will take effect starting at 5:00 AM until 8:00 PM. Road closures will include; Water St, Petaluma Blvd North (between D St and Washington), the #2 lane of eastbound Washington between Keller St. and Petaluma Blvd, Western Avenue (between Petaluma Blvd and Keller St), 4th/Kentucky St (between B St and Washington St), American Alley, Telephone Alley, B St (between 2nd St and Petaluma Blvd), B St (between 4th and 2nd St), and A Street Parking Lot.

East bound and West bound traffic on D Street will be condensed to one lane in each direction starting at 4 pm for the actual cruise portion of the event.

The Police Department will be working this event to reasonably accommodate any traffic related issues. The Petaluma Police appreciates the public’s patience and understanding and requests those who cannot avoid the area to allow plenty of time for travel.
