* At 838 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain that will cause flooding. Up to one and a half inches of rain has already fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of one to two inches are possible.
* Some locations that may experience flooding include... Winchester, Charles Town, Shepherdstown, Millwood Pike, Ranson, Stephens City, Harpers Ferry, Kearneysville, Middletown, Bolivar, Shenandoah Junction, Middleway, Stephenson, Nineveh, Millville, Rippon, Brucetown, Greenwood and Reliance.
* AFFECTED AREAS: JEFFERSON
