Humidities will plummet below 15 percent both days, as temperatures rise above normal and widespread Haines of 6 develops. There will be areas of super Haines both days. Poor humidity recoveries are also expected across central and western areas tonight, Thursday night, and Friday night. ...RED FLAG WARNING IN EFFECT FROM 1 PM TO 9 PM MDT THURSDAY... ...FIRE WEATHER WATCH IN EFFECT FROM FRIDAY AFTERNOON THROUGH FRIDAY EVENING... The National Weather Service in Albuquerque has issued a Red Flag Warning...which is in effect from 1 PM to 9 PM MDT Thursday. A Fire Weather Watch has also been issued. This Fire Weather Watch is in effect from Friday afternoon through Friday evening.

* AREA AND TIMING...Eastern Plains Thursday and Friday afternoons and early evenings.

* 20 FOOT WINDS...Southwest 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 40 mph.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...6 to 15 percent Thursday, then single digits on Friday.

* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
