Central Loudoun County in northern Virginia... Southern Jefferson County in the Panhandle of West Virginia... Southern Berkeley County in the Panhandle of West Virginia...

* Until 600 AM EDT.

* At 151 AM EDT, local law enforcement officials reported flooding across the area. One to two inches of rain has already fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to one half inch are possible early this morning.

* Some locations that may experience flooding include... Leesburg, Broadlands, Lansdowne, Lowes Island, Brambleton, Charles Town, Ashburn, Countryside, Purcellville, Brunswick, Ranson, Round Hill, Harpers Ferry, Oatlands, Point Of Rocks, Corporation Of Ranson, Belmont, Lovettsville, Bolivar and Hamilton.

* AFFECTED AREAS: BERKELEY ... JEFFERSON
