0850 Hours: Officer Pacheco investigated an auto burglary on the 35000 block of Newark Boulevard. The loss is a backpack.

1143 Hours: Officers conducted a probation search on the 37800 block of Birch Street. Officer Pacheco contacted and arrested a 26-year-old Fremont female and a 56-year-old Newark male for possession of drug paraphernalia. A 38-year-old Newark male and a 44-year-old Fremont female were arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance. The arrestees were issued citations and released at the scene.

1449 Hours: Officer Losier investigated an equipment trailer burglary on the 8400 block of Cherry Street that occurred sometime over the weekend. The loss is miscellaneous equipment.

1600 Hours: Officer Jackman investigated a residential burglary on the 36800 block of Newark Boulevard. The loss is personal items.

2202 Hours: Officers responded to a single vehicle non-injury accident near the Newark Boulevard overpass. A 28-year-old Livermore male was contacted and arrested for driving under the influence and subsequently booked into the Fremont Jail.
