On May 10th at approximately 10:30pm DPS responded to report of shots fired in the area of Spinosa and Torrington in Sunnyvale.
Officers arrived in the area and located an adult male victim who suffered at least one gunshot wound. The victim was transported to the hospital and is being treated for a non-life threatening injury.
The suspect(s) had fled the scene prior to officers arrival. The shooting does not appear to be associated with the neighborhood and were not likely from the area where the shooting occurred. A vehicle was reported to have been heard fleeing the area and no further details are available at this time.
