Wind Advisory until 09:00PM 
...WIND ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 9 PM PDT THIS EVENING... The National Weather Service in Hanford has issued a Wind Advisory, which is in effect until 9 PM PDT this evening.
* WINDS...West to northwest 15 to 25 mph with local gusts of 35 to 40 mph. The strongest wind gusts will occur through and right below the passes west of Interstate 5 such as Pacheco Pass and Cottonwood Pass.
* IMPACTS...High profile vehicles such as campers and tractor trailers will be most vulnerable to strong cross winds. Patchy blowing dust will restrict visibility to a mile or less in some locations.
* AFFECTED AREAS: EAST-CENTRAL SAN JOAQUIN VALLEY ... SOUTHWESTERN SAN JOAQUIN VALLEY ... WEST-CENTRAL SAN JOAQUIN VALLEY
