Five (5) reg. sex offenders petition Public Safety Comm. on 5/16, 4 pm, City Hall to reside at various locations. 
The following registered sex offenders are petitioning the Public Safety Committee requesting a waiver from the Sex Offender Residency restrictions in order to live at the following locations:
- Benjamin F Heyman: 2219 Henry Street
- Michael Szente: TLP at either 1123/1125 N 14th St or 930A Michigan Avenue
- Jediah J Barrett: 1222 N 10th Street
- Luis Mendez: 1311 Maryland Avenue
- Christopher Holmes: 1540 Sibley Court
Discussion on this matter will take place at the Licensing, Hearings and Public Safety Committee Meeting on Wednesday, May 16th, at 4:00 PM. The location of the meeting is at City Hall, 828 Center Avenue, (Lower Level Training Room).
