Board of Water Supply (BWS) crews continue repairs on a 12-inch main break on 10th Avenue. Motorists are advised that the Honolulu Police Department is diverting makai-bound traffic -- exiting Palolo Valley on 10th Ave. -- to Keanu St. Drivers are asked to avoid the area if possible and to find alternate routes during the repair, which is anticipated to continue throughout the night. The mauka-bound lane on 10th Ave. remains open.
The BWS set up a water wagon to provide water to the 25 homes without water service. Customers are being asked to please bring their own containers to fill with water.
