...FLOOD WATCH IN EFFECT FROM 9 PM EDT THIS EVENING THROUGH MONDAY AFTERNOON... The National Weather Service in Charleston has issued a

* Flood Watch for portions of northeast Kentucky, southeast Ohio, and West Virginia, including the following areas, in northeast Kentucky, Boyd and Greenup. In southeast Ohio, Lawrence OH. In West Virginia, Barbour, Boone, Braxton, Cabell, Clay, Kanawha, Lincoln, Northwest Fayette, Northwest Nicholas, Northwest Pocahontas, Northwest Randolph, Northwest Webster, Putnam, Southeast Nicholas, Southeast Pocahontas, Southeast Randolph, Southeast Webster, Upshur, and Wayne.

* From 9 PM EDT this evening through Monday afternoon

* The ground is saturated and more rain is expected overnight into Monday

* Small streams and creeks and poor drainage areas and low spots on roadways could flood.
