Power lines are down at Charlevoix and Notre Dame and we request you please avoid that area. Traffic signals are out at Cadieux/Waterloo - Charlevoix/Neff and Waterloo/St. Clair. Please treat as four ways stops and proceed with caution. Please report and hazardous situation immediately to 911. If you observe power lines down, please stay away and contact Public Safety and DTE. Thank you for your cooperation.
