The City of Oneonta Department of Public Works plans to replace a drainage structure, located in the southbound lane of West St, at the intersection with Center St, on Monday, May 7th. Work will begin shortly after 7:00 AM.

Flaggers will detour southbound traffic on West St to Church St via Center St. Northbound traffic on West St will not be subject to a detour, however, some delays should be expected.
