Peeper Arrested for Lewd Act and Probation Violation 
On May 1, 2018 at 2:50am, a female adult community member reported seeing a man peeking into her window from the porch of their building while masturbating. Officers responded to the scene and stopped a person nearby matching the description she provided. The victim positively identified the suspect him and he was arrested for lewd conduct, peeping, and a probation violation. Arrested and booked into the Berkeley Jail was Daniel Ramos-Mora 24, homeless of Berkeley.
