4/29 – 4:25 p.m. – James J. Betts, 43 of Caseyville, was arrested on two outstanding felony arrest warrants (possession of methamphetamine & a probation violation) out of St. Clair County. He was a passenger in a vehicle that was stopped for improper lane usage, in the 300 block of South Illinois Street.
