Upgrades to the traffic signals for three critical intersections have begun.  Funded with a federal Highway Safety Improvement Program grant, this project will install new pedestrian ramps, crosswalk striping, and traffic signal equipment at the  intersections of Amaya Drive/ Amaya Court, La Mesa Boulevard/Glen Street, and Center Drive/Grossmont Center North Entrance (near the Target Parking Structure), as well as minor signal improvements at other locations in the City. These improvements will help improve safety at these intersections and is expected to be completed by September 2018.
