DETAILS:  On 3/14/18, Ptl. Crawford was detailed to a Burglary at the Masa Sushi restaurant located in Nassau Park. Initial investigation and subsequent follow-up investigation by Det. W. Jones revealed the following: Actor(s), later identified as Ryan Boehm, a former employee of Masa Sushi, and his brother, Jason Boehm had smashed through the glass front door of the restaurant using a hammer, broke into a cash register and a private office, and stole money from inside.
 
     On 3/22/18, Ptl. Abade responded to another Burglary at the Masa Sushi restaurant. Investigation revealed the following: Actor(s), later identified as Ryan and Jason Boehm  attempted to smash the glass front door of the restaurant using a hammer. After several unsuccessful attempts, Ryan got into a black Dodge Caliber and rammed the store front with his vehicle to gain entry. Once inside, they forced entry into the private office and stole items from inside.
 
     After a thorough investigation by Det. W. Jones, Jason and Ryan Boehm were taken into custody and processed at WWPD Headquarters. They were released pending future dates at the Mercer County Superior Court.

DETAILS:   Ptl. McQuade initiated a stop on a black 2003 Toyota for speeding and for crossing partially into the opposite lane of travel. During the stop, Jiffter Martinez was determined to be DWI, and his vehicle was found to be uninsured. Martinez was processed at WWPD Headquarters and released pending a future date at the West Windsor Municipal Court.

DETAILS:  Patrol units responded to Wegmans for a Shoplifting in progress. Prior to patrols arrival on scene, Steven Wilson, had already left the store after being challenged by a Wegmans employee. Ptl. Caulfield located Wilson near the bus stop.  Investigation revealed that Wilson had concealed alcoholic beverages and food in a shopping cart and attempted to leave the store without paying. Wilson was processed at WWPD Headquarters and released pending a future date at the West Windsor Municipal Court.

Open containers of alcoholic beverages were also found in his vehicle. Chacaj-Ramirez was processed at WWPD Headquarters and released pending a future date at the West Windsor Municipal Court.

Cuomo located the vehicle on Old Trenton Rd. in the area of Edinburg Rd. and subsequently initiated a motor vehicle stop. During the stop, Rajneesh Jetty was determined to be DWI. Jetty was processed at WWPD Headquarters and released pending a future date at West Windsor Municipal Court.

DETAILS:  Ptl. Jany was detailed to the parking lot of Party City for a child left unattended in a vehicle. Investigation revealed that a 33 year old West Windsor resident had left her two year old child who was sleeping, alone in her vehicle while it was still running. She then went into Party City and Plato’s Closet (a clothing store) before returning to her vehicle. The mother was charged with Cruelty and Neglect. She was processed at WWPD Headquarters and released pending a future date at the Mercer County Superior Court.

DETAILS:  Ptl. Robles initiated a stop on a red 2017 Jeep for having tinted front windows and for swerving in the roadway. During the stop, Ervin Brown was found to be in possession of prescription narcotic pills, under 50 grams of marijuana, a partially burnt marijuana cigarette, and rolling papers. Brown was processed at WWPD Headquarters and released pending a future date at the Mercer County Superior Court.
